Martin Community College Student E-mail Instructions

Martin Community College provides an email account to enrolled part time and full time students. This email account is a courtesy and is to be used for communication with your instructors and/or classmates while enrolled at MCC. You should check this email account frequently for communication from your instructor and/or MCC announcements; you should also use this account to email your instructor with questions, comments, or homework.
You will need a username and password to use the email service - Username: Your username will be your first name followed by a period followed by your last name (example: John Doe would be john.doe) Password: Your initials with your birth month and birth day (ex. If John Paul Doe was born January 5th, his password would be jpd0105). *Note the month and day are both two digits (mmdd - January is 01, not just 1). You will be required to change your password at first login, enter a passcode, and accept the account agreement to finish creating your mail box. You can access your account by clicking the 'Student E-mail' link in the side navigation, the mail icon at top of the page, or by clicking here. Your email account may be closed at the end of the semester, in which case your account would be re-created the next semester to which you enroll. If you registered during early registration or during regular registration you should have access to your class and email account by 5:00 p.m. on the first day of classes. If you register late, allow 24 hours for access to you class and email account.
